Same-day bookings can be made until 8:00 AM.<br>The minimum stay is 2 nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong> In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>House Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The guest must check that the door is locked upon departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not allow strangers into your apartment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parties are not allowed in the apartments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets are not allowed in the apartments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quiet hours begin at 23:00 and last until 07:00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The apartment must be used for its intended purpose and kept in good condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any loss or damage to items in the apartment must be reported to the accommodation provider immediately. If items are lost or damaged due to the guest&#8217;s fault, the guest is responsible and must compensate for the damage according to the accommodation provider&#8217;s price list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accommodation provider is not responsible for failures or accidents beyond its control (e.g., technical malfunctions of appliances, disruptions in utility services, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accommodation provider is not responsible for the loss of the guest&#8217;s personal belongings in the apartment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Guest, Check-in: from 14:00Access to the apartment is contactless.
